Agenda : Day 1, Feb 19 (Sat) ~2-6pm NZ Time 

JCI Networking (Trainer: Hob Lau) 

Networking is a JCI course on turning your personal contacts into lasting, trusted and productive

connections and relationships. The course covers the principles and dynamics of networking, how to

identify and use the opportunities when contacting people, the follow up actions needed after

meeting the person to keep adding value to the connection and how to use the participation in JCI

activities to build a reputation that will establish a network of connections for the future.

JCI Project Management (Trainer: Joel Li) 

In order to achieve JCI’s mission to create positive change around the world, JCI members run

projects following the JCI Active Framework creating sustainable impact in their communities.

This course goes over the basic components of project management related to planning, executing

and evaluating projects. Participants will develop their skills to create a project statement, define

clear objectives, identify and target meaningful partnerships, plan action steps and evaluate a

project’s success.

Agenda : Day 2, Feb 20 (Sat) ~2-6pm NZ Time

JCI Explore (Wilson Chu)

Explore the differences between leaders and followers and why both are necessary to create a sustainable movement.You will discover the leadership opportunities members have within JCI and learn the structure, roles and administrative components of local governance boards and how to align to the mission with the strategic plan and goals of the organisation.

Motivation Training (JCI VP)

Motivation is the secret ingredient that energizes, maintains, and enhances workplace performance. Strategically, a motivated person like yourself is more likely to innovate, achieve goals, deliver quality work, and work more productively.
